Women with ADHD are burned out.

Social media has overtaken our lives and become our top source of information about mental health and ADHD.

We spend our days scrolling and passively consuming content of questionable accuracy.

There is a lot of buzz around the topic of ADHD - websites, blogs, podcasts, social media graphics, videos...it all becomes totally overwhelming.

Most women living with ADHD want answers and support, but they are so overwhelmed with options they don't know where to start.

The ADHD Enclave advocates a new way of approaching life with a diagnosis of Adult ADHD. A positive, focused, and community-based approach.

So many women are diagnosed with ADHD and then sent on their way to figure out what kind of treatment they need.  Alone.

Nobody understands the internal struggle.

-----------------
When you talk with other women who are going through the same things, you naturally feel less alone. We try to create a safe space where our members feel appreciated and understood.

Imagine coming into our private site and telling everyone about your bad day, and KNOWING you do not have to explain yourself. Nor do you have to make excuses or listen to anyone shame you.

What would it be like to talk about your struggles, and receive feedback and support from other members going through the same things?

The idea is to combine the advantages of 24 hour access to a private membership community with small-group ADHD coaching sessions.

The best part? The first month of Coaching Corner is completely free.

One-on-one sessions available by request.

****We deliberately build the site on The Mighty Networks so that we could protect the information of our members.

Testimonials

"Just a few benefits from a couple months of membership. You have a "tribe" and comeraderie. It's a little quieter than the big group and if there aren't many others around you sometimes get Jennie or Liz all to yourself!"
- Michele

"I can say that I have been able to set up several routines and maintain them. My husband had a medical crisis and this group helped me to maintain my sanity.
I post things in here I would never post to the big group. This is my tribe."
-Patti
